2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to request reinstatement. Your counter-notice must include:

2. Identification of Removed Content (URL and description of the removed content)

3. A Statement Under Penalty of Perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed in error

4. A Consent Statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal court where you reside (or where our company is located if outside the U.S.)

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously. Users who receive multiple DMCA takedown notices may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned at our discretion.

4. Disclaimer

We are not liable for any user-generated content hosted on our platform. We operate in compliance with the DMCA and remove infringing material upon valid request.
